1. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• One account is intended for one individual’s personal use.

2. Purchases & Products

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Digital products: When you buy a PDF or practice access, you receive it in your account after successful payment.
• Physical products: Printed books and notebooks are shipped to your address via courier after payment verification.
• Downloadable PDFs are for your personal use only.

3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

• All content — questions, explanations, notes, and PDFs — is the property of Praptie Academy and Publication and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or publicly post our paid content.
• Sharing your account or distributing purchased materials may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Custom Orders

• Custom notebook orders require a 20% advance booking payment.
• Custom products are made to order and are non-refundable once production begins.
• Delivery of custom orders takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

5. Access & Availability

• Practice access for chapter packs is time-limited as stated on the product. Downloaded PDFs remain yours to keep.
• We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee the site will always be available.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to attempt to copy, scrape, hack, or bypass the protection of our content or systems.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
