📦 Physical Products (Books & Notebooks)
Printed books and notebooks are delivered across Bangladesh by courier.

* ৳70 and ৳120 delivery charges apply for up to 6 pieces. For orders above 6 pieces, courier charges apply as per the courier service rate — the customer pays the applicable amount. However, website orders of ৳5,000 or more qualify for free delivery nationwide.
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
- Custom notebook orders: 3–5 working days after order confirmation (20% advance required)
Delivery time starts after payment verification. You will receive a tracking update by phone/SMS where available.
📋 Custom Orders — Terms
- Custom notebooks require a 20% advance on the notebook cost as booking.
- Production and delivery: 3–5 working days after order is finalised.
- Custom products are made to your specification — refunds are not available once production begins.
- For batch or bulk orders, contact us on WhatsApp for special pricing.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item
If your book or notebook arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with a photo and we will replace it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
