Is Praptie free?
A lot of it is! You can read knowledge content, topic explanations, and question banks with answers for free — no account needed. Interactive practice, downloadable PDFs, and physical products are paid.
How do I buy a book or chapter pack?
Open the product, click “Add to Cart” and checkout. Create your account, pay with bKash / Nagad / card, and your digital product appears instantly in My Account → Downloads. Physical items are shipped to your address.
I paid — where is my PDF?
Log in and go to My Account → Downloads. If it is not there, your payment may still be pending verification. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out right away.
How long do I have access?
Downloaded PDFs are yours to keep forever. Online practice for chapter packs is available for the period shown on the product (e.g. 30 days or 1 year).
What payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cards (Visa / Mastercard). You can also pay via bank transfer for large orders.
Do you sell physical books and notebooks?
Yes! We offer printed exam-prep books and ring-binding notebooks (Economy and Premium series). See our Shop for the full range. Notebooks can also be customised with your own cover design.
Can I customise a notebook cover?
Absolutely. You can add your own design, name, logo, or photo to the front cover. Custom orders require a 20% advance and are delivered within 3–5 days. WhatsApp us to get started.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Your account is for your personal use. Please do not share your login — shared accounts may be suspended.
